The Harbor Hills Association is organized for the purpose of maintaining the common property and protecting the civic, cultural, social and economic interests of the property owners of Harbor Hills Association of Orchard Lake to the end that it will promote sound planning, development and continued progress of the area. We are not an HOA or a marina.
